Vidpixo is an online AI generator for TikTok and social-commerce sellers: it turns a text description — optionally plus a product photo or reference assets — into shoppable videos, product images and creative assets you can publish directly. Nothing to install, and no design or editing background required.
This article covers what Vidpixo actually does, which models run behind it, and how pricing works.
What you can generate
There are four ways to generate:
- Text to image — describe a scene, product shot, poster or illustration and get an image.
- Image to image — upload an existing image and describe what to change: scene, lighting, style, background, or the subject's clothing.
- Text to video — describe a shot and get a clip with motion (and, depending on the model, sound).
- Image to video — upload a still as the opening frame and describe where the camera and subject go next.
Every result is saved to your private library together with the prompt and the model used, so you can download it, reuse the prompt, or bring it back later as a reference.
Cloning viral video structure
Beyond "describe it from scratch", Vidpixo has a path that fits day-to-day ecommerce work better: cloning the structure of a viral video.
It runs in three steps: pick a reference video → upload your product photo → generate. The AI breaks down the reference video's script, shot rhythm and narrative structure, then fills in your product and outputs an original clip in the same mould.
The key point is that it clones the structure, not the footage: what carries over is how it is shot, how it is pitched, what the pacing is — the visuals are regenerated around your product. The reference can be a link or a local video file.
For new-product launches, high-volume ad variants and testing several creative directions, this is far faster than starting from a blank prompt every time. See viral video cloning.
The models behind it
Vidpixo is not tied to a single model. 12 models are wired in, switchable from the same prompt box without changing tools.
Image models (6)
| Model | What it is good at |
|---|---|
| GPT Image 2.5 | Fast creation with faithful reference detail and clean typography |
| GPT Image 2 | Prompt-faithful illustration, product shots and precise layout |
| Nano Banana 2 | Multi-reference edits with faster style control, up to 4K |
| Nano Banana Pro | Detailed scenes, readable text, reference-based editing |
| Seedream 5.0 Pro | Commercial-grade product visuals and complex in-image text |
| Z-Image Turbo | Near-instant photoreal output at 1 credit per image — the cheapest option |
Video models (6)
| Model | What it is good at |
|---|---|
| Seedance 2.5 | Longest clips, up to 30s, with multimodal references |
| Seedance 2.0 | Cheap 4–15s drafts driven by a single first-frame image |
| Kling 3.0 | Cinematic camera work with native 4K output |
| MiniMax H3 | Native stereo audio generated with the picture |
| Veo 3.1 Fast | Quick Veo previews with native audio, billed per clip |
| Wan 3.0 | Flexible 2–30s duration with an independent audio switch |
Switching models is worth doing, because they genuinely differ. The same prompt might give you a clean product shot on Seedream and something closer to a poster on GPT Image 2.5 — and for shots that need strong camera movement, Kling 3.0 is usually more reliable than a cheaper model. For a model-by-model breakdown of all six video models, see this comparison.
Reference images
Most models accept reference images alongside your prompt, and references are not charged extra — you pay for the generation, not for how many images you hand over.
How many you can supply depends on the model: the GPT Image family takes up to 16, Nano Banana 2 takes 14, Seedream 5.0 Pro takes 10, and Nano Banana Pro takes 8. Z-Image Turbo is built for speed and takes a single reference.
This matters for ecommerce and brand visuals, where you need one product, face or outfit to stay consistent across a set of images. Some competing tools charge a separate fee based on reference count on top of the generation cost.
Companion tools
Generation is only part of the workflow, so Vidpixo ships dedicated tools for the rest:
- Product Image Set — turn one product shot into a full set of hero and detail images.
- Scene Image — place your product into a real usage scene.
- Selling-Point Image — auto-layout selling points into promo art.
- Video to Prompt — reverse any video into a structured prompt.
Pricing
Free credits come with registration — enough to generate your first batch and get a feel for the models. After that there are two ways to pay:
Subscriptions (monthly or annual; annual is 50% off)
| Plan | Monthly | Annual (per month) | Credits per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $20/month | $10/month ($120/year) | 600 |
| Pro | $40/month | $20/month ($240/year) | 1,500 |
| Ultra | $80/month | $40/month ($480/year) | 3,000 |
One-time credit packs (no auto-renewal, valid for 1 year): from $9.9 for 200 credits up to $99.9 for 3,500 credits.
Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from Settings → Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Paid plans include watermark-free downloads and a commercial licence, so generated content can be used in client work. See the pricing page for current details.
Credits are consumed per generation, and the amount depends on the model and resolution — images start at 1 credit each, while video is billed per second or per clip, from 40 credits for a 5-second 480p clip. If a generation fails, the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically.
Who it is for
Vidpixo is built for people who need finished visual assets but do not want to open a design suite to get them:
- Ecommerce sellers — product shots, scene images, selling-point art and shoppable video, without a studio.
- Marketers and operators — ad variants, social clips, campaign concepts.
- Designers — exploring directions before committing to a final.
- Content creators — a steady output of images and short video.
FAQ
Do I need to install anything? No, it runs in the browser.
Can I use the results commercially? Paid plans include a commercial licence for use in client projects.
Do I need design or editing skills? No. Describing the shot in plain language is enough. Being specific about subject, camera and lighting matters far more than knowing the software.
Can I use my own photos? Yes. Upload a reference and describe what to change, or use it as the first frame of a video.
How long does generation take? Images usually take seconds to a minute; video takes longer, depending on model, resolution and duration.
Am I charged if a generation fails? No. Credits are only finally deducted when a result is produced; credits reserved for a failed task are returned to your balance automatically.
