1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to Vidpixo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and vidpixo.com ("Vidpixo", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of vidpixo.com, our web application, and our AI generation, editing and storage features (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.

2. The Service

Vidpixo is an AI content platform for TikTok and social-commerce sellers. Depending on the features you use, the Service can:

  • generate videos from text prompts, product photos or reference videos (text-to-video and image-to-video);
  • generate and edit images (text-to-image, image-to-image, product-set images, scene images and selling-point images);
  • analyse and reverse-engineer reference videos into reusable prompts and scripts;
  • upscale and enhance images and video.

Generation is performed by third-party AI models we integrate, which may include video models such as Seedance, Kling, MiniMax, Veo and Wan, and image models such as GPT Image, Nano Banana, Seedream and Z-Image. Model availability, parameters, output length, resolution and pricing can change as providers update their offerings. We may add, modify or discontinue models and features at any time.

The Service is a tool. You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use the output — including making sure it complies with the rules of any platform you publish it on and with the advertising and consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

3. Accounts and Registration

  1. Eligibility — you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract.
  2. Accurate information — you must provide accurate and complete information when registering, and keep it up to date.
  3. Account security — you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vidpixo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
  4. One account per person or entity — you may not share, sell or transfer your account without our written permission.

4. Credits, Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Credits

  • The Service is consumed with credits. Credits are deducted when a generation task succeeds.
  • Failed tasks are not charged — credits reserved for a task that fails before producing a result are returned to your balance automatically. Credit returns are not cash refunds.
  • Validity — credits from monthly plans are valid for 1 month; credits from annual plans and one-time credit packs are valid for 1 year. The expiry of each credit grant is shown on your credits page.
  • New accounts may receive free promotional credits. Promotional and granted credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be withdrawn if we detect abuse.

4.2 Subscriptions

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing (/settings/billing). Cancellation stops future renewals; unless the law requires otherwise, it does not refund the current period, and you keep access until that period ends.
  • One-time credit packs do not renew.

4.3 Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown before you pay and may change with notice. A change does not affect a period you have already paid for.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, which may act as merchant of record. Their terms may also apply to your purchase.
  • You agree to pay all charges for the plan or credits you select, and to provide a valid payment method.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

5. Your Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your content

  • You keep ownership of the content you upload (such as product photos, reference images and video clips) and, to the extent permitted by law and by the applicable model provider's terms, of the content you generate.
  • To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service to you — for example, to send your inputs to the AI providers that generate your output, and to store and deliver the results back to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for legal, tax or backup purposes.
  • You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and use your content, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.

5.2 Our platform

The Service itself — including the website, its design, its code, its documentation, and the Vidpixo name and marks — is owned by vidpixo.com and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service, or access to it, without our written permission.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Vidpixo is an AI content generation service. When using our image and video features, you must comply with the following standards. You are strictly prohibited from generating, uploading or distributing content that falls into any of these six categories:

  1. Pornographic / NSFW content — sexually explicit material, pornography, or sexually suggestive content involving any person.
  2. Violence and gore — content depicting graphic violence, gore, cruelty, or the glorification of physical harm.
  3. Hate speech — content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  4. Child safety violations (CSAM) — any sexualised, exploitative or abusive content involving minors. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and report such content to the relevant authorities.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation — synthetic content created to impersonate, defame or deceive others about real individuals without their explicit consent, including forged documents and misleading media.
  6. Copyright and trademark infringement — content that reproduces, modifies or distributes copyrighted works or registered trademarks without the authorisation of the rights holder.

Additional requirements. You must also not use the Service to:

  • create content that is deceptive or fraudulent, including fake endorsements, false claims about a product, or fabricated testimonials;
  • violate the advertising, consumer-protection or platform rules that apply where you publish;
  • upload content you do not have the rights to use, or other people's personal data without a lawful basis.

Content review. We use a combination of automated filtering and human review. Prompts and generated content may be screened against these standards, and accounts flagged for violations may be subject to manual review.

Reporting. If you encounter content that violates this policy, report it to support@vidpixo.com with the relevant details (for example, generation time, prompt or content link). We take all reports seriously.

Enforcement. Depending on severity, we may remove violating content, revoke generated credits, suspend or permanently terminate your account, forfeit remaining credits without refund, and — where required by law — report to and cooperate with law enforcement.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • access, copy, scrape or distribute our proprietary code, data or content without authorisation;
  • resell or redistribute the Service, or access to it, without authorisation;
  • interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity or performance of the Service;
  • use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose;
  • attempt to bypass security features, rate limits, credit accounting or content filters;
  • use automated means to create accounts, or to obtain credits fraudulently;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code, except as permitted by law.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI model and inference providers, cloud storage, payment processors and email delivery. Your use of the Service may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and we may suspend or change integrations at any time.

9. Availability, Changes and Beta Features

The Service is provided on an ongoing basis, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may set usage limits to protect stability. Features we label as beta or experimental may change or be withdrawn without notice.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or others, or used the Service fraudulently. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Where permitted by law, credits remaining on an account terminated for violation are forfeited without refund.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that AI-generated output will be accurate, error-free, original or suitable for your purpose, that it will not resemble third-party content, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure. AI output can be unpredictable; you are responsible for reviewing output before you use or publish it.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, vidpixo.com and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless vidpixo.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any third party's rights.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which vidpixo.com operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, you and we agree to try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@vidpixo.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved by the competent courts, or where applicable by binding arbitration, in that jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief, or limits your right to bring a claim in a court where mandatory consumer law allows it.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the revision date on this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
